• Review-First Workflow: All changes require your approval before publishing to Amazon

3. Amazon SP-API Authorization

By connecting your Amazon Seller Central account, you authorize aimazn to:

• Access your product listings and catalog data
• Read product type definitions and marketplace information
• Update product listings on your behalf (after your review and approval)
• Create and submit feeds to Amazon
• Access A+ Content data (if eligible)

You retain full control and can revoke authorization at any time through Amazon Seller Central.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Review All Changes: Carefully review all AI-generated optimizations before publishing to Amazon
• Amazon Compliance: Ensure all content complies with Amazon's policies and guidelines
• Accurate Information: Provide accurate product information and account details
• Secure Access: Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Lawful Use: Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Content Ownership: Only submit product data you have the right to use

5. AI-Generated Content

Important Disclaimers:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing
• We do not guarantee that AI suggestions will improve sales or conversion rates
• You must verify that all content complies with Amazon's policies
• We are not liable for policy violations resulting from published AI-generated content

6. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

Billing Terms:

• Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over
• No refunds for partial periods or unused credits
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Annual plans offer 2 months free compared to monthly billing
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We provide the Service "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
